While we use modern security practices (such as Firebase authentication and database rules), we do not guarantee absolute security. NoteVault, its creators, maintainers, and hosting providers are strictly NOT RESPONSIBLE or LIABLE for:

• Any data loss or corruption.
• Account hacks, unauthorized access to your account, or leaked information.
• Any interruption or cessation of the service.
• Loss of profits, goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any information or notes you deem important.

4. No Legal Action

By proceeding and using this service, you legally bind yourself to an agreement of zero liability for the developers. You agree that under no circumstances will you take or initiate any legal action, lawsuit, or claim for damages against NoteVault or its creators for any reason, including but not limited to the issues outlined in section 3.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you store on NoteVault. You agree not to upload, store, or transmit any illegal, abusive, or malicious content. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
